ברצוני להביע את הערכתי הרבה להתנהלות המקצועית ולדרך העבודה שלוותה בכל תהליך הפקת סרטוני תדמית לחברתנו "שייד פרו בע"מ". 
לשמחתי נתקלנו בכם במקרה לפני תערוכה ביטחונית חשובה ושמנו מבטחנו בחברת פאוזה וידאו ארט להפיק עבורנו סרטוני תדמית. ולנו זאת התנסות ראשונה בהפקת סרטון תדמית.
מתחילת התהליך פגשנו אנשים נעימים לשיחה, אדיבים ושירותיים ביותר .המשך באנשי צוות הסרטה שבילינו במחיצתם יום שלם ,אנשי מקצוע,אדיבים וסובלניים ומעל כל מאד מאד קפדניים. 
ולסיום העיבוד של הסרט מהירות הכנת הסרט והגשתו לנו בזמן שיא . בצורה יוצאת מן הכלל מקצועית ואיכותית. 
הבנת הלקוח והאפיונים של הסרט עד להבשלת מוצר מוגמר עוברת תהליכים רבים ואני כאן חייב לציין שבפאוזה וידאו ארט הבינו בדיוק את מה שביקשנו להדגיש וכיצד חשוב לנו שהסרט יראה במצבו המוגמר,בלי הרבה סיבוכים ומבלי להתיש את הלקוח .
